At our initial meeting, you will be able to view various complete albums from
some of our recent weddings and see the fantastic quality first hand.
We can discuss your requirements and
make sure it is possible for us to take the pictures that you want; you can be
assured that we will endeavour to capture your wedding day memories in the way
that you expect.
Coverage can begin at the Bride’s home or venue approximately 90 minutes before
the ceremony. We will then move onto your venue to capture the groom, best man,
ushers, grooms parents and your guests arriving, we will try to record all your
guests at your service or venue (time & guests early arrival permitting) before the arrival of the
Bride.
The ceremony will be discreetly photographed to capture the emotions and
important moments of the church or civil ceremony.
Coverage of the ceremony is at the
discretion of the minister or registrar and it is important that you discuss
what they will allow at your pre-wedding meeting with them.
After the ceremony we will capture some great photographs of you both as a newly
married couple before moving on to some of the traditional style group shots,
special request shots and some casual informal photographs of your guests (again
time permitting).
We appreciate that you and your guests want to have fun rather than standing
around for endless group photographs and to achieve this we suggest that you
nominate someone who knows your guests to assist us, we try to get all your
photographs taken within 90 minutes, It is not taking the photographs which is
time consuming; it is getting Great Auntie Betty from out of the bar or away
from the champagne!
Just before we depart and leave you in the hands of your guests we will stage a
mock up cutting of your cake.
Your wedding is special and individual and we are very happy to be as flexible
as you need us to be to ensure that you are happy with the photographs you
receive.
We will supply your proof’s (approx 200 this number
will be only for the 50 package and up) as 6” x 4” proofed images,(this method
of proofing can be changed without prior notice)approx
4 to 5 weeks after your
wedding. From which you select the number of
photographs required for your chosen package. Also at the
time of receiving your proofs you will supplied a password to allow you and your
guests to visit my sales site in order to view and purchase any prints that they
may require to.
